Just weeks after the devastating wildfires broke out across Los Angeles, we launched Prints for Los Angeles, a fundraiser through Parallel Editions to support wildfire relief efforts. The goal was simple: sell open-edition prints and a selection of limited-edition prints generously donated by a lineup of photographers and direct 100% of the proceeds to the LAFD Foundation and the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund (CalFund).

Now that the fundraiser has wrapped, we’re proud to share the results. Thanks to the overwhelming support from the photography community and collectors, we raised $18,000. 100% of the proceeds are being split equally between CalFund and the LAFD Foundation to support ongoing wildfire relief efforts.

The fundraiser brought together a remarkable group of artists, each offering a unique perspective and making for a truly outstanding collection of prints. It was inspiring to see so many photographers step up and use their work to support a cause that impacts our city so deeply.

We can’t thank everyone enough, the photographers who contributed, the collectors who purchased prints, and those who helped spread the word. The response to this fundraiser has been a powerful reminder of how a creative community can come together in meaningful ways.

Wildfires remain a constant threat in California, and resources are always needed to support those on the frontlines. If you’d like to continue making a difference, you can donate directly to the LAFD Foundation or the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund, both of which provide critical aid and long-term recovery support.

For now, we’re grateful to have played a part, however small, in supporting those who risk their lives to protect Los Angeles.
