Delivery

Processing time
• In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.
• Pre-ordered titles will ship within 3-5 business days of their launch date, unless otherwise specified.
• If you have ordered multiple items, available titles will ship in accordance with the free shipping threshold. Please refer to the conditions of ‘Shipping Charges’ above for further information.

Shipping confirmation
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way.
• The tracking link will be included in this email.

Express Shipping All express shipments or any shipment outside of the US are handled by Fed Ex & UPS. The shipping fees range from $35 to $65 depending on the region. Any exceptions are labelled accordingly. Available items will be dispatched immediately and are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. You will receive tracking information by email from DHL when your order has been shipped. Please note that domestic taxes may have to be paid on imports for deliveries outside the US.
