Returns/Refund
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs.

Before returning your item(s), please inform us on contact@paralleleditions.co 

The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
